Guam anti-cellulite seaweed mud is applied as a body wrap:
- Apply the mud to the area(s) to be treated
- Wrap in transparent film
- Leave to rest for 45 minutes (and carry on with your activities).
- Rinse
- Apply the firming gel
Results are visible from the very first applications. However, a one-month course of treatment is recommended:
- For the first week, do the wrap on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
- In week two, apply the mud wrap every other day.
- For the last two weeks, wrap yourself in mud on Mondays and Fridays.
On rest days (without wrapping), apply one of our instant-penetration creams: night cream-mud or cold cream-mud, for example.
After this initial one-month treatment, continue to maintain your skin with 1 wrap per week for 4 to 6 months, depending on your needs.
