Tailor-made advice is our greatest strength. To receive personalized advice, it’s best to register and then ask your question using our contact form. This will give us the information we need to contact you and advise you in the best possible way.

I'm looking for a specific product. How can I find it quickly?

There are four ways to quickly find the product you’re looking for:

  1. Search (simple or advanced)
    If you know the name (in full or in part) of the product you’re looking for, you can perform a quick search by entering the name or a keyword in the search bar. Our ultra-fast search function is available on every page of our site. You can refine the list of products displayed at any time by filtering by brand, price, promotions or reviews.
  2. Category navigation
    Not looking for a specific product, but rather a more general solution? Browse through our different categories. As you browse, the list of products displayed adapts to your selection. In this way, only products associated with this category appear.
    This solution is ideal for comparing several similar products. You can refine the list of products displayed at any time by filtering by brand, price, promotions or reviews. The results displayed can also be sorted by alphabetical order, price and popularity.
  3. Brand navigation
    If you only swear by a specific brand, we recommend you consult that brand’s catalog. When you click on a brand, you’ll get an overview of the brand and all the products available.
I can't find the product I'm looking for. What can I do?

The product I'm interested in offers little or no information. What can I do?

Updating our product information, photos and leaflets is one of our top priorities. We do our utmost to complete our database by regularly contacting different laboratories. This can take time, so product information is not always immediately available on our site.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need more information about a product. This is an opportunity for us to update our site.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

All products have a status indicating whether they are still in stock. A product can have the following statuses:

  • In stock
    The product is in stock and can be delivered.
  • Temporarily unavailable
    The product is temporarily unavailable, but will be available again at a later date. You can enter your e-mail address to be informed when the product is back in stock.

Only products that are in stock can be ordered and delivered.
